Harry Hoppmann

President

Harry Hoppmann has over 15 years experience in a variety of sales and service environments including 5 years of customer service management in the document shredding industry. He is focused primarily on the acquisition of new accounts, as well as detailed problem-solving for specific customer requests. He also handles finance and administrative functions for Seras.  One of the biggest aspects that Harry brings to Seras IT is providing one of our biggest competitive advantages: a conduit between service technicians and our customers.  Seras IT technicians always do their absolute best to speak in generalities and terms that customers can understand, but many problems and resolutions are difficult to translate.  Harry understands this roadblock and always works hard to ensure that the customer understands what has happened and what is going to happen to keep their business running at peak performance. 

Harry is married with two young daughters and spends his free time either with his family, coaching and helping with his children’s sports teams, or in the outdoors: hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, and more. Harry serves in a leadership position at his church and enjoys coordinating and attending church-based service projects related to the environment and cleaning up Columbia.


With his background in technical project management and advanced systems analysis and repair, Steven Morton leads the technical team with special attention to customer goals versus technical band-aids or overkill.  He truly understands that you've hired him to empathize with you, clarify your needs, execute a plan for resolution, and follow up to ensure that the problem is fully resolved with limited to no interruption to your day-to-day operations.  Steven loves building new systems for our customers: from multi-rack server systems to specialized workstations and has an uncanny knack for creating great values that exceed our customers' expectations.

Dalton Turner

IT Technician

Dalton joined the team in 2024 and brought 8 years of business to business services and logistics experience, which has played a crucial role in beefing up our routing and inventory management standards. Dalton works the front line with Brandon and is often the face of our team - working directly with customers both on-site and remotely on a daily basis. He also manages a number of internal systems and is the man to talk to about on-boarding, inventory, security audits, and more!

As of 2024, Dalton is engaged and excited about an October wedding in Lexington. He moved to the Columbia area as a child and enjoys playing golf, disc golf, gaming, attending local sporting events, and hanging with his golden retriever.


Brandon Wilks joined the team in 2019 and is a huge boom to our culture of urgency and attention to detail. Brandon brings 5 years of IT administrator experience with a large local retailer, and many years of retail service and management. He specializes in solving the day-to-day requests from customers as well as proactively managing customers that take advantage of our monthly managed service programs. Brandon is on the front line - often the face of the business as he handles the majority of on-site service requests from our wonderful customers. And the best part is… our customers love him!

Brandon was born and raised in the greater Columbia, SC area - living in Lexington, Irmo, Columbia, and now Cayce. He says that he’s “always wanted a career in IT and is glad to finally be with a great company that will give me an opportunity to grow my skills in IT”. Brandon is a fantastic musician! He is the bassist for Erich Skelton & The Evergreen and also an amateur audio engineer. Keep an eye out for his next show - it won’t disappoint!
